Founded in 2016, Xandoni Realty Limited is a registered Real Estate Sales, Development & Management Company, based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

Our purpose is to give our clients the opportunity to own genuine and affordable lands and housing investments. We constantly innovate excellent ways to wealth creation through property acquisition, development, and management.

LAND-BANKING

We buy Lands in bulk, hold them for a while and resell them for High Return On Investment, on an annual bases.

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

We develop and manage properties for our clients. Our credibility, borne out of years of experience in the Real Estate industry, has distinguished us from our contemporaries.

ASSET MANAGEMENT
